I had planned a different blogpost for today but my mind seems to not focus. Then I finally understood: I’m in re-charge mode!
What is re-charge mode, do you ask?
Every year I find myself having a writer block always around summer time. And every year I saw it as part of my problem in not being consistent with blogging. Today, after not finishing my blogpost in time to post this morning, and searching for other idea that would quicken my excitement for writing it, I finally understood it.
I’m re-charging.
I’ve been on holidays with my family, my kids have been my full attention these past weeks, my mind have been all go-go-go, and is just not a time for me to be productive, or write big interesting blogposts. I’m just not able to write what I know I want to share.
So this week I’m leaving this blogpost as a reminder for anyone who is needing the same: re-charge.
Let your re-charge mode begin, choose a slower pace, breath in, don’t take life too serious, or your to-do list and dreams. Use the summer to get some time to have fun, recharge and dive inside. Take time to think. To wonder. To plan the rest of the year. Where do you want to be next December? Or better: to not think, to take a break. A real break.
Do it. Give permission to yourself. And then let me know how it feels!
See you next Monday for a more serious blogpost, for now re-charge and have fun!
