I am a very inspiration oriented person. For me to feel happy, fulfilled and excited every day I need inspiration. I thrive when I have a vision for where I want to be in 10 years, 5 years, 1 year, this month, even by season. I thrive on that. So today I decided to share how I magically make it happen so that I am inspired every day.
Annual vision
For first, I always take some time to work on my annual vision. In the end of each year, usually on the last week of the year, I sit down, think about all the goals I want to achieve in the next 12 months and create a visual board that I then use as my personal computer’s background during the year. I usually follow Angie’s Vision Board party, which she has been hosting for some years on her Youtube channel. Love the simple and straightforward way, let’s make sh*t happen vibes she shares!
Quarter Plan
Then I get all the goals and the visual inspiration and setup a private board for each quarter on Pinterest where I can easily have a feeling of what I want to achieve and manifest into each part of the year. This is especially useful if you like me sometimes feel overwhelmed on how much things you want to accomplish plus what you know will happen in a year. For example, last year I was pregnant and the idea of having so many pregnancy milestones, things to prepare, a new baby, new family of 4 routines, things I wanted to do after pregnancy, etc, that breaking everything into each quarter really helped me to visually see that each thing would happen at its time and I could feel excited for each quarter phase (of pregnancy, of the year and of our new life as a family of 4).
Monthly Plan
When a new month starts I gather from the Quarter board only the things I want to achieve and experiencing this new month. With that I have a visual board only dedicated to the actual month, and this is the one I use the most. I open it every day, every time I need to remember which fall movie I wanted to watch this month, which was the activity I wanted to do with the kids, when I need some inspiration because I feel lost. This is the place where I have all the inspiration I need for that month.
Daily Grind
On a daily basis, I try to start my day by aligning my mind and heart to what is most important for me, and I feel that if I don’t make time to sit quietly and do this, my whole day feels all over the place. This is a big reason I prefer to wake up earlier and have time for myself. Then, especially on this time of year, I love starting my day by watching The Daily Grind that Angie host every year. On that she does 31 days of inspiration content perfect to kick off your day fully inspired to make things happen. I have done it for the past 4 years and is my perfect way to start a week day. While watching I take some time to plan my day, focused on my top priorities always and my vision for the year, quarter, month, which should be very clear for you at this moment. If I have this time for myself, I know I will focus on the most important things for me that day.
Here you have it. Hope you enjoyed to know how I manage to keep myself always inspired. If you see, it doesn’t include IG scrolling, Youtube binge-watching or anything similar. I do it intentionally at the start of each year, add to it when inspiration comes or on the different milestones (quarter and month), nothing else.
Hope it helps and you try it yourself! See you tomorrow for the next blogpost on #Magicaltober about how to create your dream daily routine life.
