What I’m most excited to going from 1 to 2 kids

Baby F is coming very, very soon and we are all excited! To mark these last few days of waiting for his arrival, here is the list of things I’m most excited for going from 1 to 2 boys:

• Watching them grow together
• Swimming lessons! – Baby T joined this year and have been so fun that I can’t wait to have Baby F join too
• Having two teenager boys at home
• Summer holidays like TSITP
• Bunk beds room! – Baby T’s request
• Having two very different little persons – I bet!
• Lots of extra-activities – yes, I must look crazy but I’m excited to see which activities each one chooses to explore
• Watching them choose their passions – university, creative life, living abroad, whatever they choose, I’m excited to see it

And much, much more! A future filled Christmas table in a long years time with his partners and children was a big part of deciding to go for a baby 2 too. Taking that leap can be scary, especially after a challenging baby 1 postpartum, but imagining that table made it so clear for us. Even with challenges, we wanted that!
